Video: Discover Information Literacy
I liked this video. Especially the idea of Data Smog - I feel like I am in the middle of the Smog effect at the moment. The DISCOVER: D define I inquire S search C collect O organise V verify E express R reflect is very clever and certainly defines the Information Literacy process well.
Slideshare
I have gone back to Slideshare to hopefully have some success with shaing. If not I'll just go to Mauritius.

Saved to Flickr with Creative Commons.
Well ..... obviously that didn't work. Will try again.
Holiday anyone??
This Slideshow took my fancy as I love Antarctica, and would also love to visit the Scandinavian countries. But............. any of these destinations would do.

Another Class Exercise 27/03/2014
Big 6 presentation uploaded to slideshare, and now sharing it to the blog.
I am a new slideshare user, feeling a little lost. Not finding this program easy to use. But maybe with practice it will get better.

First Blog ever!!
Feeling fairly unsure of myself. First Blog - not quite sure what I'm doing. But hey, I'm here and 'blogging' if that is what you say.
The word blogging reminds me of those paintings you did when you were a kid with a fold in the middle of the paper and you put blobs of paint on one half and then folded it over and spread out the paint. Usually a butterfly was created. I can't remember what they were called. Ink spot maybe?
I guess it's the similarity of blog and blob.
